Otos joins the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator powered by Permanente Medicine Mid-Atlantic States
Updated: Sep 18
A new chapter for Otos begins this fall as we join the Fall 2026 class of the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator powered by Permanente Medicine Mid-Atlantic States.
The 13-week program gives us an opportunity to work closely with healthcare leaders, mentors and network of founders, as we prepare Otos for clinical deployment and commercial expansion in the United States.
“After more than 20 years in hearing care, I’ve seen that the hardest problem is rarely the hearing test itself, it’s what happens next. The technology exists, but the connected care pathway often does not. That is a big part of why I joined Otos, and why I’m proud that we are joining the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator powered by Permanente Medicine Mid-Atlantic States.” - Nick Freeman, CEO
Otos is building clinical intelligence infrastructure to connect the hearing care journey from guided assessment and clinician review to education, action, and longitudinal support.

The program brings together nine startups developing new approaches to healthcare delivery. During the program, we will focus on three priorities: clinical deployment, evidence readiness, and commercial readiness as we prepare for U.S. deployment and the next stage of the Otos.
We’re excited to build alongside the Techstars community and grateful to our team, advisors, and partners who have helped us reach this next stage.
